About Me
ABOUT ME
Fifteen years in, I still work from the belief I started with as an educator: a program is only as good as the person delivering it, and a person only grows as far as the coaching and structure around them allow. I've built and led programs supporting over 10,000 learners annually, training leaders, and designing the systems that help teams actually function.
15+ years of experience delivering programs across schools, nonprofits, and brands
Currently a Program Manager at LEAP, overseeing 40+ public school partnerships and 100+ teaching artists
Began in 2011, with Instructional Design as a Success Coach, designing project-based curricula focused on SEL, academic support, and college/career readiness
Since 2019, I've developed and led professional development for the NYC Department of Education and nonprofit teams
Since 2017, I've designed and facilitated engagement programming for organizations including Reebok, Kirkland & Ellis, Bombas, Athleta, and GirlBoss
All experiences are custom-built: aligned to learning goals, equity-centered, trauma-informed, and outcome-driven

What I Do
What I Do

Program & Project Management
I lead cross-functional programs across education, nonprofit, and corporate spaces—bringing clarity, structure, and vision to every initiative. At LEAP, I manage 100+ teaching artists and 40+ school partnerships, overseeing operations, vendor coordination, event production, and stakeholder communication. Whether I’m using Salesforce to streamline data or mapping a full-scale wellness residency, I bring a strategic eye and a human-centered approach to everything I manage.

Instructional Design & Organizational Development
My instructional design work is rooted in empathy, cultural relevance, and impact. I’ve created dozens of project-based curricula focused on SEL, academic achievement, and college/career readiness—first as a Success Coach, and now as a leader in learning. I’ve also developed and facilitated professional development for educators, administrators, and nonprofit professionals, integrating trauma-informed practices and UX design principles to make learning engaging and accessible for all.

Facilitation & Engagement Design
As a facilitator, I bring energy, clarity, and deep listening to every room I enter. I’ve designed and led branded wellness experiences for companies like Reebok, Free People, Diversitech 2025 and Athleta, translating complex themes like mindfulness, identity, and equity into dynamic, embodied learning experiences. Whether it’s a flagship store activation or a conference keynote, I create spaces that connect people to purpose—and to each other.
